This 2 hour update will fulfill the American Heart Association instructor renewal criteria for a 2 year period.
Upon successful completion of the class you will be issued a PALS Instructor card with an expiration date of 1/2026.
We look forward to our upcoming PALS Update and ask for your cooperation to ensure a successful course. All instructors will need to purchase an PALS 2025 AHA Instructor manual and have it for class. Another requirement by American Heart is current instructors must have “taught a minimum of 4 courses in 2 years to renew instructor status.” If you have taught classes outside of Jefferson Health NJ please provide documentation including facility name & phone number, course date and names of participants in class or provide copy of course rosters. It is a requirement of the AHA that our Training Center maintain complete and accurate files, including documentation of all course activity for aligned instructors.
